Market Pulse and sector rotation

3 min readMarket

Where the KSE-100 stands, and how money moves between sectors.

  1. The top shows the KSE-100 and the model's overall read, from Bearish to Bullish, built from three time frames: long term, medium term and short term.
  2. It reads Bullish only when all three are bullish, and Bearish when the medium and short term both turn bearish while the long term isn't bullish. Otherwise Neutral.
  3. Sectors move around a circle: Improving (behind but picking up), Leading (ahead and gaining), Weakening (ahead but slowing), Lagging (behind and slowing).
  4. The capital rotation monitor lists every sector, newest change first, with how many weeks it has been in its current state.
